Christmas Jumper Day

Christmas jumper day 2013

Wahoo! It’s Save The Children’s Christmas Jumper Day!

I present to you, dear reader, my fabulous contribution to this wonderful appeal:

What do you think? Like it? A bit silly, I hope you think.

I bought the jumper from a charity shop for £5.00 and sewed on the reindeer motif with thread and fabric I already had. The lights are battery powered and just £3.50. The lights have been poked through the holes of the knit-style jumper willy-nilly and the battery pack sits nicely in my pocket.

Save The Children are asking all happy (and miserable) Christmas jumper wearers to donate £1 to their festive appeal. To donate, text WOOLLY to 70050, or visit their website to find out about other ways to donate.

Come on now, don’t be a scrooge; donate, donate donate!

PS. Have you made a Christmas jumper this year?
